My name is Tara Marie Goodman and I turned 40 on July 28, 2023!! I have been a practicing clinical massage therapist for over 20 years of my life which has made me super passionate about helping people come into their bodies through postural alignment, structural manipulation, and deep breathing. In 2016, after running a successful practice and business for many years, was married, and had a small child, I found myself overwhelmed and completely overloaded by life and checked myself into a rehab facility.  I had been drinking alcohol to cope and keep up with everything, and I was so eager to regroup and get sober. In my recovery, I found mediation, conscious connected breathwork, and other mindful practices while desiring to break free of these addiction cycles and other generational trauma. Those practices showed me new ways of living and sides of life I never knew existed! I found the Usui Holy Fire Reiki master program in 2020, where I learned to heal myself even more, and in 2021, I became and meditation teacher then was blindsided by the Transformational Breath process, where I immediately fell in love and knew I wanted to eventually teach it. I now weave all of these modalities and more into my personal life journey and absolutely love sharing them!!
